Preheat a large skillet or wok to medium heat. Pour 1/2 oil in the bottom. Add white onion, bell pepper, and cook until tender
Slide the onion and pepper to side, and pour 1/2 oil and beaten egg onto the other side. Using spatula, scramble eggs with the vegetables.
Add the chopped ham and the rice to the veggie and egg mixture. Pour the soy sauce on top. Stir and fry the rice and veggie mixture until heated through and combined. Add pineapples and chopped green onions.
