Coming to The Holy Rood in 2024! We are excited to announce that next year we will have a new ministry offering. Small group ministry!Small group ministry aims to connect young people with both adult mentors who are committed to meeting the pastoral needs of the young people in their group and peer friends who can encourage and hold one another accountable for growing in the Faith. It is our hope that individual small group meetings, paired with large group gatherings of all small groups, will give our young people strong relationships with a handful of key people who believe in Christ and believe in them.
We will be starting this initiative slowly, focusing first on our 7th and 8th graders but the plan is to expand it each year.
At the beginning of this new ministry we will be in need of the following:- Middle schoolers wanting to be part of a small group.
- Highschoolers willing to be part of a pilot small group.
- Adults wanting to help lead small groups.
- Adults/highschoolers wanting to help with large group events.
- People to pray for us.
