Sue joined the Collaborative in October of 2018 as a part-time Administrative Assistant/Receptionist. She holds a degree in Computer Science and worked in this field for 13 years in Boston after graduating from Fitchburg State College. After the birth of her oldest daughter she gained employment at a convenience store where, during her 18-year stay, she eventually rose to the position of Shift Supervisor.
Sue was born in Boston and is the eldest of five children. She and her family lived in Weymouth and Hanover before finally settling in Tewksbury, where she met her husband, Bob.
Upon their move to North Chelmsford in 1990, Sue and Bob joined the Parish Family of St. John’s, where they raised their two now-college-aged daughters, Jess and Rachel. It was also at this time that they began their dedicated volunteer service to the Youth Ministry Program. To this day, they can still be found at the various youth ministry meetings, Vacation Bible Fun and Catholic Heart Work Camp mission trips. In addition to cooking for youth ministry meetings, Sue has also been seen helping out in the kitchen at Soup & Stations, the Outdoor Mass and other church functions. In her spare time Sue likes to spend time with her family and knitting and crocheting.
