Back in February, 2003, St. Mary’s hired Paul as their Parish Finance Manager, and in November of 2018, Paul was named Collaborative Business Manager for both of our collaborative parishes. However, he was not new to the business of Church or finance. He served Holy Family Parish in Amesbury the previous 6 years, when former Pastor and friend, Fr. Robert Casey, invited Paul to join him in church ministry with the offer of a job as their Business/Property Manager.  Prior to that, he worked for 6 years as an Accounting Administrator at Burns and Levinson Law Firm in downtown Boston. 

In addition to managing numerous capital projects, Paul’s day-to-day tasks, necessary for the daily operation of a collaborative, keep him very busy. He prepares and manages the operating budgets of both parishes; manages all accounting functions, payroll and human resources, and oversees parish technology (phones & computers). 

Paul was born and raised in Medford, MA, and has spent the last 16 years residing in Chelmsford with his wife of 22 years, Diane, their 5 children, and a black lab named Jagger. He enjoys quality time with family, a relaxing day of fishing, and any sporting event that has the name Bruins, Celtics, Patriots or Red Sox in it. (Being a hockey player himself, he has a partiality to the Bruins).
