Chris Goglia

Chris joined The Holy Rood Collaborative as a Facilities Specialist in 2022 to allow him more time to finish his bachelor’s degree. Previously, he had worked in various leadership roles at Target, ranging from store and district facilities positions to his final role as a store executive.  He stayed on at the Collaborative to continue his education and completed his  MBA in May, 2023. As he completed this program, he knew he wanted to continue to grow within the Collaborative and took on the role of Director of Facilities.  

His first full-time job was at IBM as a software lab technician where he learned a lot; mainly that he did not want to sit in front of a computer day after day. He left that role after two years to start his nearly decade-long career at Target, changing roles at every available opportunity in order to continue to learn and grow.  

Chris has a strong calling toward service and loves being able to deliver that to our parishioners by ensuring safe, clean, and well-maintained buildings. He utilizes his strengths in communication, prioritization, and vendor-management to ensure our facilities remain in good shape.
 
In his free time, he enjoys being outdoors; He moved to Milford, NH to be able to spend more time hiking and camping. He can often be found playing with his dog Kaiba, tinkering in various projects at home, or having lunch with his grandmother.
