Scheduling Coordinator
This full-time position ensures that all community events and facility usage are efficiently scheduled, preventing conflicts and ensuring smooth coordination. They also oversee the minutia of all events and facilities needs to ensure contracts are signed, access is coordinated, compliance is met and communication is sent to all parties. Candidate must have excellent skills in organization, forethought and communication as well as strong computer proficiencies in Microsoft Office 365, Excel, electronic calendars, and data base software.
